Bones:

Fractures & Infections: Road accidents, Sports Injuries, Twisted Knee, Ankle or Elbow. Smashed body parts; clearly show up on X-rays.

Arthritis & Osteoporosis: Joint X-ray can reveal evidence of arthritis & or help determine if your arthritis is worsening. Doctors can also measure bone density for the treatment of your symptoms.

Abdomen

Swallowed Items: An X-ray can show a swallowed foreign object.

Digestive Tract Problems: problems in your digestive system; obstruction (blockage), a perforation (hole) in the intestines, or tumor even Kidney stones can be detected in a digital X-ray.

Chest

Lung Infections: Evidence of pneumonia, tuberculosis or lung cancer can show up on chest X-rays.

Breast Cancer: Mammography; a special X-ray, can detect early signs of breast cancer. (A referral can be given for this type of X-ray)
